Return & Refund Policy

At ZENZAR, we want you to feel confident and content with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Standard Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For returns due to change of mind, you also have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • It must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice.

To start a return, please contact us at Contact@zenzarbeauty.com. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged item, wrong item shipped), ZENZAR will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement.


How to Return

  1. Request a return form by emailing Contact@Zenzarbeauty.com

  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all original contents.

  4. Attach the return label and send it back to us.

  5. We will inspect the item upon receipt and notify you of the outcome.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Contact@Zenzarbeauty.com


Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must first return the original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Do not open the package.

  • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Notify both the delivery service and ZENZAR immediately at  Contact@Zenzarbeauty.com

We’ll handle it promptly and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Free Gifts with Purchase

If your return includes an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.


EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same return conditions apply: the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
