Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

All orders can be returned within 14 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Do I have to return my gift as well?

If you received a gift with your order and you are returning the entire purchase,then we would also like you to return your gift with your return shipment. If you wish to keep this, we will deduct the purchase amount of your gift from the amount to be returned.

Do you have samples ?

We do not have samples 

What should I do if I have order something incorrectly ?

 You may accidentally make the incorrect choice, or change your mind. After placing your order, we can no longer change this for you. After receiving your products you can of course return them within 14 days,

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under £95 a shipping cost of £5 standard delivery is charged.
All orders over £95 will be delivered for free.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed,If within 14 days,the payment has not been made in your account please let us know sales@zenzar.co.uk and our team will assist you.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email Sales@zenzar.co.uk and we will contact the shipping company.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
